This SMS Policy explains the terms and conditions for text message (“SMS”) communications between you and All Roads Trucks (“All Roads Trucks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and share your information generally.

Program Description

All Roads Trucks sends text messages for purposes that may include sales inquiries and follow-ups, service and appointment reminders, parts and service updates, order and delivery notifications, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Consent

You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided, and at least 18 years old, to opt in. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages, including messages sent using automated technology, at the number you provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message (you may also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE). After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts, other than any message confirming your request. You may continue to receive non-marketing transactional messages where permitted by law. To rejoin, opt in again.

Rates & Carriers

Message and data rates may apply and are billed by your mobile carrier — check your plan for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Mobile information, including your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages, will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Any sharing of mobile information is limited to what is necessary to operate this messaging program (for example, our messaging platform provider). We use the information we collect through this program as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
